Whether this has to do with advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) technology or that Facebook’s rule pretty much dictates where we’re going… I don’t know. First on our list of chatbot examples is a chatbot created by The World Health Organization (WHO). Everyone and their mother probably knows what this organization does. But if you don’t, the WHO is one of the leading sources of trusted information COVID-19 spread. To help to inform people of the pandemic, the WHO built a bot on WhatsApp called the WHO Health Alert; they created this chatbot to share information related to the pandemic.

The WHO Health Alert chatbot on WhatsApp first and foremost informs people, and through this information, it helps people protect themselves from possible infection. But, it also offers travel advice, as well as busting myths surrounding COVID-19. While the service was initially launched in English, within the coming weeks, it should also support the other main languages, like; Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish

As we’re slowly opening up borders everywhere, people start wanting to travel again as well! Emirates has been considering the average CTR for display ads at an all-time low of .35%. Educated customers are empowered customers, and Lidl’s Winebot Margot brings a warm personality. Users can get help on which wine to buy and tips on food pairing. And the chatbot even teaches you about how wine is made.

  • Don’t be afraid to be fun: More often than not, companies are scared to be too simple or fun. The truth is this will not diminish your brand. Of course, it’s all about tone.
