This premium chatbot flow called the Inventory Flow allows users to check item(s) inventory. Users will be asked for the item ID, which will be validated from the existing data in Google Sheets via integration. The item details such as the item's name, the quantity sold, and the quantity remaining will then be retrieved and sent to the user. However, if an invalid item ID is put in, users can check another item or add the item to the inventory list.
