This premium chatbot flow called the Loyalty Flow allows users to validate and exchange their purchases for points. The users will need to input a code that will be validated from a list of valid codes in Google Sheets via integration. For every valid code, the user will earn a point, and once they’re able to accumulate the required number of points, they will get a prize. However, if users enter an invalid code, there will be no corresponding point but they are allowed to try again. Users will also be permitted to join the promotion again even after redeeming a prize. All data will be logged into Google Sheets for business owners to track those who joined but haven’t reached the target number of points yet or haven’t claimed the prize yet. Once the prize is claimed, the information will be then cleared in the Google Sheet. You import the Loyalty Flow from the importer on the Flow Composer inside Clever Messenger.
