Want to integrate SendGrid in your chatbot? You’re in luck! The SendGrid Integration is now live. This means you can now add your SendGrid API details inside the Integration Manager on Page Level. Then on the Flow Composer, you find the SendGrid Card. And from there, you drag ‘n drop your self a powerful automation with your favorite SMTP service.

We start off this new Integration with 1 Action. Which is getting you most of the capabilities you need in order to make a good connection with your favorite SMTP service. But, we keep a close eye on any other API hooks! For now, you can:

From Email The email address you want to send the email from, it can be either a static email address or dynamic through Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
To Email The email address you want to send the email to, it can be either a static email address or dynamic through Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
Subject  The email subject, all languages are supported as well as emojis, the content can also contain Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
Body The email body, all languages are supported as well as emojis and HTML, the content can also contain Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
