Want to integrate Twilio in your chatbot? You’re in luck! The Twilio Integration is now live. This means you can now add your Twilio API details inside the Integration Manager on Page Level. Then on the Flow Composer, you find the Twilio Card. And from there, you drag ‘n drop your self a powerful automation with your favorite SMS service.

We start off this new Integration with 1 action. Which is getting you most of the capabilities you need in order to make a good connection with your favorite SMS service. But, we keep a close eye on any other API hooks! For now, you can:

Simply fill out a couple of fields, point ‘n click a couple of times… and your SMS is set up in a heartbeat. Here’s a small overview of what fields are supported:

Supported Field(s)	Description
To Number	he phone number you want to send the SMS to, it can be either a static phone number or dynamic through Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
Content	The SMS content, all languages are supported as well as emojis, the content can also contain Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
