Want to integrate UpViral in your chatbot? You’re in luck! The UpViral Integration is now live. This means you can now add your UpViral API details inside the Integration Manager on Page Level. Then on the Flow Composer, you find the UpViral Card. And from there, you drag ‘n drop your self a powerful automation with your favorite CRM.

Integrate UpViral with these Supported Actions

We start off this new Integration with 4 different Actions. Which is getting you most of the capabilities you need in order to make a good connection with your favorite CRM. But, we keep a close eye on any other API hooks! For now, you can:

Action(s)	Description
Add Contact to Campaign	This adds a new lead in UpViral.
Add Points to Contact	This adds points to a lead in UpViral. I.E. (but not limited to this example) You can use this to award points to a lead who completed an action inside Messenger.
Retrieve Contact	Retrieve contact information from a campaign based on the email address you have from the subscriber. I.E. Show a carousel with sharing options, already having their unique sharing links in place, report back their amount of points (or their leaderboard position)

Integrate UpViral with these Supported Fields

Want subscriber data like Email Address, Phone Number, Tags, Custom Fields and more to integrate with UpViral? Simply fill out a couple of fields, point ‘n click a couple of times… and data is transferred over to your favorite CRM in a heartbeat. Here’s a small overview of what you can send over:

Supported Field(s)	Description
Email Address	You forward any Custom Field of the type email here, the Custom Field you use to store subscriber’s email addresses in.
First Name	Automatically forwards their Facebook First Name to UpViral
Last Name	Automatically forwards their Facebook Last Name to UpViral
Referral Code	Using the Add Contact to Campaign Action, you’re also able to a referrer code. This is optional, and part of the 100% Messenger based solution. In short: this allows you to add the referrer to the lead
Add Points to Contact	Using the Add Points Contact to Campaign Action, you’re also able to add any amount of points you’d like. This is optional, and part of the 100% Messenger based solution. In short: this allows you to add the referrer to the lead.

What to do after they become a lead? Here’s a small overview of what you can send over:

Name	The contact’s name as shown inside Upviral.
Email	The contact’s email associated with Upviral.
Referral Code	The contact’s unique Referral code generated by Upviral
Referral Link	The contact’s unique web Referral link generated by Upviral
Points	The contact’s total points awarded via Upviral
