In the event you need more Clients Slots, then simply go inside your Agency Dashboard and invest in more Client Slots. We've got special pricing inside the Agency Dashboard. Meaning that if you purchase multiple Client Slots at once you'll get a Bulk Pricing Discount. 

What is this Bulk Pricing Discount about?
A Pro account will go for $69/mo after this special launch deal is over, however, if you purchase a Client Pro account through your Agency Dashboard which will automatically function as a it's $39/mo if you purchase per account. How do I upgrade Subscriber Slots for a Client?
Again, in your Agency Dashboard you find a overview of all your Clients, pick the one that has their Subscriber Slots (almost) maxed out, and click on the Action button to find a range of options... Then simply click on Upgrade and choose the amount of Subscribers Slots you'd like to add.

Yes. Simply let us know which subcription you'd like to cancel and we do it for you. We're currently integrating a system where all you have to do is clicking a button. However, till that time you need to contact us for deleting subscriptions for Client Accounts.

What happens when I delete a Client Account?
You can delete Client Accounts from your Agency Dashboard, if you wish to proceed with deletion of the Client Account, you'll be asked to confirm this action. After you've confirmed, all Client Data will be deleted, and we disconnect the Client Account and its pages from Clepher. 

What if I just want to temporary Disable a Client?
In the event your Client missed a payment, or for whatever reason you deem worthy to temporary disable the Client account. You can simply click on the Disable button. And the entire Chatbot will be disabled, while maintaining any previous data. The chatbot is still able to generate subscribers, it's the Chatbot automated messages that will be disabled.

Short and simple. Yes. Simply delete the Previous Client from your Agency Dashboard and the Client slot that was previously taken, is now added to your Available Client Slots again. And it can be repurposed for a new Client.

What happens when I delete a Client Account?
You can delete Client Accounts from your Agency Dashboard, if you wish to proceed with deletion of the Client Account, you'll be asked to confirm this action. After you've confirmed, all Client Data will be deleted, and we disconnect the Client Account and its pages from Clepher.

You’ll keep lifetime access to Clepher & the Pro Edtion (provided you've acquired this), even if you cancel your Agency edition. The only time you would lose access to both Clepher and the Pro edition would be in the event you ask for a full refund on your entire Clepher purchase.

In the case you want to cancel your subscription to Agency you simply navigate to your Profile page inside your Clepher account. This page includes all your subscriptions and invoices. Then simply highlight the subscription you want to cancel and click on cancel! It really is that easy.
