What happens to my subscribers if I cancel Pro & I exceed the 3,000 limit?
Let's say you have 5,000 subscribers and you still wish to cancel your Pro edition. You will lose access to all the features that come with the Pro edition, and you lose the rights to contact your last 2,000 subscribers you've generated - since this is the amount that is over the 3,000 limit. Now, because you hit the limit, you also aren't able to generate any more subscribers. If you decide to get the Pro edition again, your limits will be lifted.

In the case you want to cancel your subscription to Pro you simply navigate to your Profile page inside your Clepher account. This page includes all your subscriptions and invoices. Then simply highlight the subscription you want to cancel and click on cancel! It really is that easy.
