In this video, you discover what to expect from this module. For instance, you learn what a chatbot is, there are actually two types to actually choose from and you discover which type we are going to use throughout this training. You also learn why conversational marketing through chatbots on Messenger is a must for any business these days, and how to get results - FAST!

Module Goal: At the end of this module, you'll understand the importance of conversational marketing and you know what a chatbot is. You also know why chatbots on Messenger are the way to go, plus you discover some key benefits of clever messenger.

- Hey there and welcome to module 1.1. What to expect from this module. Now, in each and every module we start off by setting expectations. So each and every module we'll start off with a video like this. What to expect from this module. Plus, each and every module will have its own module goal. So for this module Messenger Chatbot Marketing, we have the following goal. At the end of this module, you'll understand the importance of conversational marketing and you know what a chatbot is. You also know why chatbots on Messenger are the way to go, plus you discover some key benefits of clever messenger. And we do this each and every module. We set some expectations. Plus you get to know the module goal. Now in this module, we have five videos. And as you can see right here, five videos. You are currently watching this video, the highlighted one in yellow, what to expect from this module, where we are setting the expectations. Now, the second video in this module is where you are going to discover a little bit more about chatbots what they are, what types of chatbots there are. There are actually two types to actually choose from and which type we are going to use throughout this training. You'll also get to know a little bit of those benefits chatbots offer and a lot more. Then we are going to talk a little bit more about Messenger in the third video. So why is Messenger, Facebook Messenger the way to go? Why do we need to focus on the Facebook Messenger chatbot and not on the other platform? That's what we are going to discuss in this video right here. Then in the fourth video, we are going to talk about some of the Clepher key benefits. Obviously, there are a ton of benefits Clepher can actually give you, but the team and I have sat down, we have asked some questions to our current customers as well of what they actually value in Clepher and we made a small list out of that data. So that's the list we are going to give you. Of course, there's a ton more benefits as you will discover throughout this entire training and while you are dabbling with Clepher but these key benefits should get you going. Now, then at the end of each and every module, we have a Round-Up and Action Points video where we are just going to round up the entire module. Talk a little bit more about what we discussed in the previous videos. Then we are going to lead out with action points and these action points are important for you to take action on so that if you take action on those action points you automatically complete the module goal. So like I said before, each and every module has its own specific module goal. And by doing the action points in the last video of the module, you automatically complete the module goal. And by completing all the module goals you complete the training goal as well. So that's pretty cool. Now with that said good luck and have a lot of fun. And I will see you in the next video.
